As long as we aren’t the only team sending a squad there I’m OK with it. Windows and SL have sent senior sides but ideally it’s probably best to avoid playing them there. Next thing you know those haramis will sue us for not touring with our senior side. And BCB will have a weaker case than BCCI by sending U23 side. And we don’t have the money to

Not sure where the game is being played.. but statistically Islamabad is really safe (as safe as Dhaka).
Karachi and Lahore not so much but hope security is adequate ...
I do not think any sane person would ever organise a game in Quetta or Peshawar.

And to Roey's question.. it's a Yes for me. I think teams need to really start touring Pakistan given they get offered presidential security. If Pakistan really cares about their cricket.. they can afford to provide that

IMO, it was the right choice. However, Papon should have used this as a bargaining chip to force PCB to make up for the tour they canceled last year.
