Default Who will be the 13th side in the One Day League.

I gather Scotland and Holland would be favourites.

Papua New Guinea 8 6 0 0 2 12 0.04
Netherlands 8 5 0 2 1 12 1.56
Hong Kong 8 5 0 1 2 11 1.36
Scotland 8 4 0 3 1 11 0.25
Kenya 8 4 0 0 4 8 0.14
Nepal 8 3 0 0 5 6 -0.51
Namibia 8 1 0 0 7 2 -0.51
UAE 8 1 0 0 7 2 -1.32

Holland and Scotland had 2 wash outs.
Certainly an increase in funding for the 13th team.

Scotland, Netherlands, Nepal, Namibia, PNG. I suggest one of them, I think it's most likely to be Scotland or Netherlands. Nepal and Namibia probably the next most likely...depends on what factors they are considering, if on history of performance can't see it being anyone over than Scotland or Netherlands. What happened to Canada? They've always been a pretty decent associate.

Once their expats retired or weren't picked they went down the gurglar, even Cheema has retired.I think they will be like Bemuda 3/4 th division in the end.
Its true Namibia and nepal have he best junior sides of Associates other than Afghanistan, but that doesn't translate into their firsts sides performance.
It will be a close 1 as that group looks likely to finish soon as does the Intercontinental cup.

It's a pity that Kenya couldn't establish themselves as a strong cricket nation after what they exhibited in 2000's. They would definitely be ahead of us if the progress was continued. In my book Steve Toliko is an ATG.
