Tamim will end up like his brother if he doesn't score at least 100 runs in the next three matches(this includes at least 1 50+ innings) he plays...

we can't afford to rotate the team like this,(one day junaed, another day nazim another day JO another day Tamim, another day Nafees) NO... we need a solid opening batsmen on form who can win crucial matches. now is the perfect time for everybody to start settling down, concentrate , have fun and focus on how to perform well on a daily basis.

That is not going to be an easy thing to do for him as he lacks shots. I have not seen him play any of the shots well except for going down the track. To me, it will be a good couple of years before he actually become useful for the team again (his beginners luck ran out after the India match).
