Seconds test squad - Shafiul dropped. Mosaddek and Shuvasish in
Bangladesh have dropped Shafiul Islam and added Subashis Roy and Mosaddek Hossain for the 2nd #BANvENG Test.
-Isam
What you guys think? If the pith is similar to CTG one, then I'll pick Mosaddek and let him bat at 8. And play only one pacer.
Surprised no Sahid. Thought he would be fit?! Also why so much hate for Al Amin???

Good to see Mosaddek coming in. He should have been included in the 1st test match as well.

Why no Al Amin? And why is Rabbi in the side still? Surely, we are not going to have the same pitch as the one in CTG

One useless replaced another useless. Second useless is still there. What is the end result?

Good to see inclusion of Mosaddek the Destroyer.
No good to see no Al Amin/Shohid.

Why persist with Rabbi? He didn't show us anything. The one wicket he got was a lucky wicket.
I think they will replace Taijul with Mossadek. And replace Shafiul with Shuvashish.
But that still leaves Rabbi! We do need two pacers. I agree with Nadim, what about Shahid and Al Amin? This is shocking.

Al Amin is better than Shafiul, Rabbi and I don't know this other pacer. But Al Amin isn't great at test either, I'm ain't overly disappointed his not in the test side but I am disappointed his not in out the ones available his miles better.
Although, I think Rabbi bowled well one spell towards the end of the 3rd day, and got the ball to reverse somewhat and got a breakthrough at that time looked near impossible for us to take a wicket and end the partnership of stokes and bairstow. I think with proper guidence Rabbi has potential to be good old ball bowler; again, needs proper coaching. Got decent ish pace.
Don't know much of this Shuvashish - how is he like?
Tall or short? Speed
Mossadekh - good pick, seems to play spin well, I won't be surprised they drop Taijul and play Mossadekh, Dhaka won't be low and spinning track and England having many left handers it be wise to drop Taijul and play Mossadekh whos useful offspinner which will be handy the English left handed batsmen.

Lol at lucky wicket.Did you see the reply well? He reversed the ball, bairstow played on from an inside edge. That came when it looked like BD wernt ever going to break the partnership of those two English Lions!
Credit where it's due. He bowled well in his last spell 3rd day. And Rabbi did get a breakthrough- then we got them out otherwise target could well been over 300, the way Bairstow and stokes wete going 2nd innings.
Luck is needed. I'd be happy if he gets lucky and takes more wicket, next game.

^ Hmm. How about that?
That is so bizarre. So then MGMT still rates Rabbi over those three guys? I seriously saw nothing in him. No cerebral edge, nothing.

Does not look like this will make our bowling any better.
But I am always in favor of two pacers, Rabbi bowled well at the end of day 3.
So I will go with Rabbi and Subhashish and Mosa should come in for Taiju, that will make our batting stronger.
As Mosa has excellent fc average I wonder if the batting order could be like this with left hand right hand combi :
Tamim,IK,Ryad,Mom,Mosa,Mushy,Sak, Sabbir,Mehedi.

Lol true, reporter said Hathure asked them to prepare.
I dont believe these tv reports any more unless they interview the coach or mngmnt.
There was a report before saying Nurul will play for sure and SS too.

Replace Shafi with Sbhashish [wont make much difference but like to try out new blood].
Replace Taijul with Mosaddek [Much better body language than Taijul, effective with bat too]
Keep Rabbi in the team [useless but dont see any replacement atm with better hope]

Shafiul is excluded as he hurt his knee during fielding.
