Sheikh Kamal National Stadium (Gopalganj)
Talk about wasting money, what was the point of making stadiums there? Its nowhere! Cities like Mymensigh, Barisal, Gazipur, Comilla wouldve benefitted way more. Its a beautiful stadium but its dead even before it came alive. Atleast put NCL, BCL matches there!
Look at the stadium!

Total waste. We can't even use the stadiums in Khulna and Sylhet properly and they are making another in the middle of nowhere. Only cows will play on this field.

WHAT THE HELL, people are dying in Africa, and we have a 100 000 people stadium just sitting around, this is a MCG level stadium and is being preserved like a ancient artefact

That's is a beautiful stadium, with giant scoreboard, floodlights, coloured seating and partial roof to provide shade for supporters which is rare for Bangladesh stadiums. However, its a total waste of money as probably will never host any international matches as BCB is really only concerned with playing matches Dhaka and Chittagong.
Wasn't this stadium only created because Goplaganj is the family or ancestral town of Sheikh Hasina's family?

Unfortunately, no international teams will want to go to parts like Gopalgonj or even Bogra for that matter.
There isn't enough facilities to begin with. But that begs the question, whats Cox's stadium doing there?

I mean now that it's there, we should try to get some matches scheduled there instead of just letting it sit and rot. Don't think international matches will take place there so at least schedule domestic matches.
