I don't think that match was fixed and that too with BD team knowing how much BD want them to beat on the field. However, most of the Indian games are fixed by ICC. ICC never wants Ind to get out of 1st round. Heck they even keep changing format to make sure Ind plays at least semis. It's a matter of huge money, ICC knows if Ind gets out of the tournament will hamper their revenue by a huge margin.
Have you ever seen 'Joy Bangla' or 'Bangladesh Jindabad' on big screen when BD plays in WC matches ? But we have seen many times 'Jitega bhai jitega India jitega' and that too in Australian grounds. Anyway, not going to old $h*t again. We all know how ICC works and their motive to satisfy Big 3 ! |
