Spot on. His influence in ICC is better than any other previous bcb presidents. He did lot of back ground work which we dont know. He saved us from 2 tier test .

BCB off late has not been proactive at all.

No A team series for 1.5 years, yes you got that right.
No academy team matches.

Its like only DPL, NCL, BCL, BPL are all BCB care about.

We also don't have proper coaches in domestic level, its a shame that even after 17 years we are still not investing enough. What we have observed is that BPL is absolutely useless. Fans don't come to the stadium, we don't improve in T20s because we play in crappy pitches, many top T20 cricketers don't come either.

What we need is regular tours abroad for A and age groups

Both are right (i.e. what Papon said and what some fans said about arranging more test, building infrastructure, bla bla bla.)

They are not mutually exclusive. Now coming back to Papon's point, common sense is such a thing that either you get it or you don't .... if you are experienced enough, should have a better idea what is expected out of you in a TEST match. They way our senior played got out ( atleast some of outs in critical moment) it raise a very good question either they lack experience (which I believe is not true for our senior players) or they lack common sense (which I believe the case)?

For the young players, playing few more TEST may a great help to them, but older experienced players? I doubt it that few more games will help them that much.....this they are.... good or bad this the end product... further polishing will not help them (senior players) that much.
