As a cricket fan I want Pakistan to pull this off. As a Bangladeshi fan, I hope they lose by 2 runs.

It is about MONEY than money is on THIS game, not the India game. Even the Indian fans would be watching this over their crappy opponent.

Guess who's watching this match instead of the India-England one?

The bowlers are tired...milking the runs must be the go-to-approach.

It had to be a run-out.
well that might be a record...in both innings of pakistan's, the last wicket was by run-out

Shafiq's innings one of the best in Test match history, that Starc delivery was unplayable

Steve Smith is a terrible captain. David Warner should be their captain...
I'll explain later

well done Pakistan...only if you had batted better in the first innings. The funny thing is a lot of Pakistani fans were calling for Asad Shafiq's head before this test sounds a lot like many Bangladeshi fans
a lot of my Pakistani friends who I play cricket with tells me that there is a ton of corruption so a lot of good talent don't make it to the national team unfortunately. even if they do, some don't last that long due to politics. they have a lot of selection blunders due to politics etc...
This reminds me of England vs. Bangladesh 1st test
a little secret: I met a lot of Pakistani gentlemen in Madina/Mecca (probably praying for their cricket team), it's absolutely no surprise that Pakistan (almost) miraculously pulled off chases like that, or even 1992 world cup run was nothing short of a miracle! I was only 3 years old at that time but anybody remember 74 all out against England? You gotta admire chasing 490 against Australia in difficult conditions. They just need to cut off the non-sensical stuff and with improved fielding and with less politics maybe Pakistan can easily rule world cricket.

Rifat it flattened out on the 4th and 5th day,but credit to Pakistan for their batting effort.
It was a good wicket, runs, wickets and spin.
Reminds me of England vs Australia some time back on the Gabba the pitch flattened out after England out for not many,Siddle got a hat trick, then 2nd innings Trott and Cook batted a day and a half to draw the match.

The pitch is a drop in pitch, you never know what you get with the MCG.
On Shield games the Victoria have put on big scores, and have generally won,so a result pitch.A bit in it for everyone.
But you never know what pitch they will suit up,will wait for the intelligence in the press, before saying what likely is to be laid.Who knows maybe they will leave some grass on it I dunno.

I actually rooted for Pakistan. I am not proud of it. I don't like Australia that much.

Oh that's nice brother. But I have different mindset on the matter.
As a BANGLADESHI cricket fan I wanted and prayed Pakistan's win.
Coz I am not a double faced sword.

Australia won but cricket lost. Pakistan's lose was cricket's defeat
