I didn’t think it was possible for us to have a more passive captain than Mushfiq.

Mominul is a new low. Everyone and their mothers figure out what should be done before he figures it out.

The blame really lies with BCB. Their captain selection process is a joke. Probably looking for a yes man like most other posts in Bangladesh.

Board really needs an upheaval top down. The players are not bad. They don’t have any pressure to win, nor are they aided in any way by the decisions of the board.

Unfortunately kisui hobe na while Najmul chacchu is here.

Can't blame everything on Mominul. Our spinners are just utter garbage. Alzarri is toying with them.

Was hopeful we would be able to wrap the tail, but I guess not lmao.

Good chance we will barely make 200

Its no wonder we struggle against harmless spinners when the lot our batsmen face in domestics are these trash, and somehow apparently our spinners are kings in those matches.

Watch us capitulate to Warrican and Cornwall.

When you can't defend 395 on a 5th day track, one would think that the team would go with an extra specialist bowler but as always is the case with us we tend to find excuses to pack the side with more batsman.

Even with all these batters when you have such an inconsistent top order with Soumya, Shanto and Mithun, it will likely fall once again on Mushy and Tamim to save the day.

Our test ranking is an accurate reflection of our test team.

Has he ever been impressive besides his debut test? His stats are over-inflated with one test match vs Zim, like the other spinners we have.

Questions also need to be asked regarding the curators we employ. What kind of pitches are these guys rolling out when we are going with a 3/4-man spin team and are hardly doing anything for them.

Granted our spinners are absolute dumpster fire trash, but even on a dustbowl they'd look like gold. Sure, people can point out something like that is not healthy for our progress (lol), but when we decide to go in with this sort of bowling line-up atleast put out a pitch that would assist this trash (like those 3-day tracks vs ENG/AUS). Mominul and the coaching staff are going to come out saying "we misread the pitch", "didn't expect this pitch", "pitch did not assist our bowlers" type nonsense as usual.

Is there anything such as home advantage for us?

Too little too late. Pacers picking more wickets than spinners. Management should be ashamed of themselves.
