Well I was approximating obviously I don't look at my rating game to game too much since I do switch around players. But in general, my rating stays around the same level, due to various issues, mostly fatigue.
I got to 125k and ended up at 128k in half a season (2 months?), and that was with good fatigue. Game after I was back around 126k......
This season had a jump to 135k (before form reset), but that was due to buys.

Really? Accomplished bowling, Reliable Tech, and average power. How is that horribly unbalanced?

Akib thought that the average skill was tech... and I thought that it was batting .

Sorry. If you are using unconventional orderings, you are going to have to point that out. First time i've seem someone do that with power.
x/y/z for allrounder, or even bowlers, in most cases is used as batting/bowling/tech..... or just bowling/tech or batting/tech

If I wanted to, I would be in the second tier by recruiting some cheaper oldies (around 28 years old). My worst player is an accomplished/reliable batsmen, I'm a masochist and enjoy (not) watching my highly talented team with crap experience fail often

probly you haven't seen the TM recently. Oldies are not cheap anymore. Any accom+ experience is going for tons of money. It's about balance. Not 100% green or 100% grey.

I was bored with my youth pull so I decided to look at how team has grown over the seasons.
The following are the first and last game MR for the past few seasons. I've started and ended each campaign against a BC player.
Season 5 start: 75,985 vs Rifat -> after buying players
Season 5 end: 97,766 vs Parvez
Season 6 start: 95,334 vs Ashraf -> before buying players
Season 6 end: 112,024 vs Nadim
Season 7 start: 113,615 vs Abid -> before buying players
Season 7 end: 126,976 vs Ashraf
Season 8 game 1: 131,863 vs Rifat -> before buying players
Season 8 game 2: 135,385 vs Rommel -> after buying players
So in 3 complete seasons (I started 2 games into season 5), I have gone up 60k. Very proud of myself
First season went up 20k. Each season after, I went up 15-20k as well. I'd say I've done well.
I now have a good core, complemented by a solid veteran group.
My core is: Adams, McEvoy, Fletcher, Qassem, Nicholls, Johnston, Mittal, Amir, Naran

Here is my progression. I joined season 5 when 3/4 of the season was over.
season 5 start: 67,280 vs Ashraf (T20 league match)
season 5 end: 88,456 vs DMH
season 6 start: 92,367 vs spicy_curry
season 6 end: 111,723 vs Kuddus Miah's Egaro
season 7 start: 112,074 vs Barrow Sports club
season 7 end: 129,519 vs DW
season 8 start: 132,899 vs toy soldiers but got close to 135K vs Dawah yesterday.
season 8 end: ??
This made me realize that I have made virtually no progress at season 6 (mainly because I got very little prize money due to me joining late of season 5) which triggered a lot of the things (changing country, academy investment etc...).
Another thing I realize is that I have won the first and last game of every season
I have also found couple of core players. I just need couple of good batsman now.

Unlike you guys, I do not have a core team yet
I buy players one season, and sell them off next season and buy a new set
Get bored with same players every season LOL

due to increasing number of new players reading the new players guide where it says buy off the old and experienced players from TM on your first season to save money on wages, price of old+exp have doubled or even tripled this season

Finally, DONE SHOPPING FOR THE SEASON bought all the types of players I wanted
DT SQUAD is now full, 22-players in Senior.
But, unlike others from BC, I have spent 660k tonight to buy 2-expert and 1-Accom player ALHUMDULILLAH
Not a single old player.
Had a little bidding war with Akib on the way . Akib, I bought that spinner for 260k (only!)
I think I will request Pervez for BCPL-S-2 invite
