yeah but if I hold on I am paying wages... so actullay no benefit if i sell them for 5k or 7k more later. I will see this week. If I still cant sell they gonna get fired.

Why would I sell them if they were awesome. They are average players. Not horrible (like some players I've seen posted here getting higher bids than mine), but not U19 NAT worthy.
