SL U/23 didn't win a single match in Emerging Teams Asia Cup last month, even lost to Oman. Even though the format is different, BD U/23 got the field wide open this time.

It is a joke that Soumya is in the squad. Even Shanto, Afif or Naim should not be there. These kind of opportunities should be strictly for unknowns or like the 2nd XI of the U19 team and not internationally capped players. We look like clowns having a 26 year old with 100+ international caps to play the likes of Maldives and Bhutan.
