Wow, absolutely wow. I hope he takes the chances when the opportunity arises.

My XI for 1st Test

1) Tamim
2) KaEdge
3) Mominul
4) Riyad
5) Sakib
6) Mushfiq (wk)
7) Sabbir
8) Miraz
9) Taijul
10) Shafiul
11) Rabbi

Please select Miraz instead of Hom. I may decide not to follow the match if Hom gets selected ahead of Miraz.

Lol who is on Hom's pay-roll

We should debut Kamrul and Mehedi, won't hurt to see how they fare as they might in fact be much better than Shafiul and Taijul. Sarkar is just embarrassing atm

-Tamim
-Kayes
-Mominul
-Riyad
-Rahim
-Shakib
-Sabbir
-Miraz
-Shafiul
-Taijul
-Kamrul

Wow, making that list just realized we only have 3 specialist bowlers in the squad, only two pacers lol

Miraz been told not to play the practice match on last moment, ie they are keeping him as a surprise. So, looks very likely that he will play.

Not surprised. Without Taskin, Fizz and Sahid we won't be able to pick even 10 wickets in a match let alone 20.

Shakib also lost his mojo .

One step at a time. Once upon a time we were losing by an innings, then just losing. Now it time to draw few games and then once Fizz, Taskin and sahid are 100% fit, we can start to think about winning. And I feel, if these 3 are fit for NZ test series, we may surprise a few in test cricket

They are going to make this test series boring for the English viewers. They will be aiming for a draw. Bowling attack looks horrendous; not even good enough to take ten wickets I reckon. Pitches should be rank turners, but I highly doubt.

I wonder what approach hatursinghe may be discussing with them. Their relevance in the team setup.

All Teams have game plans...if somehow they are pushed to the limit, they can transition and incorporate the game plan which is most suited to that situation.

The approach should be beyond just drawing a match!

Hold your horse.. this is public choice but not coach's. I heard that Hom will be included as he is experienced and arguably best offie in bd cricket

Can't wait to see the deadly Shafiul and Hom bowling in tandem.. Lethal pace and turn like Wasim and Murali. Not to mention Mushy's captaincy. England has no chance.
