Here we come.
NZ who don't have an impressive record overseas will face the wrath of Tigers.

Chances are good that we will get a dumped pitch tomorrow. Letting Rasel open with Mash may be a good idea, Shahadat/Tapash can come as the first change bowler.

I know from the other thread SN, Rafiq, Rajin are not playing. Who is the other guy not playing Taposh, Rasel or Shahadat? Or are we playing 12 guys?

They will probably be playing all 12 players as it is a list-A match and not an odi. Others teams are doing that today.

Actually, other team are playing 13 players per side in warm up matches, I am curious why Bangladesh only selected 12 !

Actually, warm-up matches are not even list-A matches, they don't have any statistical value at all. They are what they are called- just warm-ups. In a list-A match, you can't have more than eleven players per side
About number of players in practice matches, teams can field as many players they want (although, there can't be more than eleven fielders at a time or more than ten wickets) based on matual agreements.

Finally, it's time for a reality check. Playing quality opposition will lift your standards. Playing poor sides has lowered ours. This will be our only benchmark before the show begins. I would love to see our side bat the full 50 overs.

My prediction- a single digit score.

TI will get another single digit score along with J-LO leaving the team think tanks plenty to ponder.

People must have nerves to compare JO to Gavaskar. Welcome Nzfan to BC. Enjoy your stay.

According to prothom alo
Both Rafique and SN are out of the squad.
And guess what, they kept Rajin out of the squad as well. Meaning, Spitty, guess who is opening with Tamim Iqbal.
Why they did not try Rajin instead of JO is beyond me.
Anyway, this is going to be a hint of reality after a long time. Playing ZIM/Kenya/Canada/Bermuda, if any of the players had any complacency build in, they will be be shaved off tomorrow. I just hope, we had one more quality opponent before the WC.
For the record, after SL NZ is our nemesis. We never had a good game against them except for the Aftab magic that made a dead game alive. Its time we show ourselves, what we are capable of.

If tamim fails, then Hablu's best friend JO will replace him.
Anyways, i was hoping that we find a link for radio coverage. Cricinfo's coverage for the warmup matches are horrible
