Thanks to Miraz, I have just copied and pasted everything from this thread.
But not quite sure why he does not want to open it by himself. Is Bermuda such a minow that our big BCs don't want to open a match thread
By the way, it's my first match thread, ta-o abar nokol.
Anyway pash korley e khushi. I have to go to this thread now to confess

Good luck sar bhai.
After suffering loss in the 2nd Match against Zimbabwe, I have decided not to open Match Thread at BC for a while or for good. (depending on situation)

dont think so, even cricinfo wont cover this series. I guess we just have to rely on tigercricket.
Some one from BC (mods or the supermods) should ask for the phone number of the Bangladesh team manager or the reporters travelling with the BD team. Of course that wont be made public, but that will give us the fans (the biggest fan group of BD online) an opprotunity to know abt the game proceedings of such 'low profile' games. I am sure the manager/reporters are carrying some sort of international roaming cell phones.

For most of these phones, there are charges for receiving phone calls.

Yes, Cricinfo is covering this series! Look at their front page in current cricket section or so...
Let me take the opportunity to thank Cricinfo for covering the series.

Hey Martin!, any explanation for this lack of coverage from the Caribbeans?
I expect you will not come up with reasons like...
Quote:
You know Antigua is an island and the sea is a bit rough right at the moment. It is difficult to send someone from Cricinfo in such a risky journey.

Due to Match Thread, the game is starting at 13:30 GMT. My computer says we (EST) are -5:00 behind GMT. Shouldn't it be 8:30 EST game start time then?

MAN, How can this be possible? This is the biggest sport of our nation, and you can't even watch games of the National team. We BC members should start jointly funding to send people to these countries ourselves lol. Atleast with a video camera or something. Watch some kind of a video!

What the hell are you talking about? We're talking about EST time, as in Eastern North America.
