if we win this one, i think we should rest mashud and bashar to bring in mushfiq and reza. no better way to prepare for a world cup than make sure all your players are well equipped with some match practice/odi experience. s nafees can captain.
if we win the fourth game too, and nafees continues to score big, maybe we should rest him for the fifth match (if the zims can't get him, maybe we should sit him to make sure the others get some batting practice) and try out something insane - e.g. send mash in to open the batting. if we know for sure that we are winning the series and winning it big, then we might as well experiment against the most decent side that we'll be facing before the world cup.
i'm getting way ahead of myself.

Should we change Shahadat by Syed Rassel or Farhad Reza?
Rassels stats are more impressive that that of Rajib.

Bangladesh pace spearhead Mashrafee Bin Mortaza is uncertain to play the third match against Zimbabwe Tuesday because of a shoulder injury.
Mashrafee injured his shoulder while bowling his last over in the second one-dayer Sunday. The pacer did not practice Monday morning.
"Mashrafee is suffering from an injury in his right shoulder," captain Habibul Bashar told reporters at Shaheed Chandu Stadium Monday.

In such case, Mashrafe can be given rest and Rajib and Rassel can share the new ball.

Hey guys, due to the dew factor, we must win the toss and field first, if we want to win big. If we loose the toss, then the Zimbo's will field first and we will have difficulty with gripping the wet ball. Remember how the zimbo's were having trouble gripping the ball in the last match?

I want bd to bat first and score a big one. If you can post 300+ runs then the Zombies wont make it no matter how difficult to grip the ball!

I agree with you. BD needs to bat first and show their full batting strength to Zimbo. Zimbo will love that for sure....

well i don't see why we are bowling first in these D/N matches. sure we are winning big, but wouldn't it make more sense to take full advantage of the deadness of the pitch under the midday sun and score big, before making the opponent suffer under the lights and the dew that is so characteristic of a wintry bangladeshi evening?

Asif bhai, I dont know how much you played but for a spinner, gripping the ball is main deal and as you see in the last game Utseya was having hard time controlling the ball. Since our main weapon is spin, there is no way BD shud bowl under lights unless they loose the toss.
Anyway, I am hoping to see BD get another good win. No need to worry about what's going to happen in 4th & 5th match.

I would like BD to bat first this match. Lets not always get the ticket of convenience and play under perfect conditions. If the team has to prepare for WC, they have to be able to adjust in any condition. Period.
