That form and exp really hurts his summary, however, he will be quite a good player. Not entirely sure, but that tech should pop in the next month or so.

Batting tech. Too late in the season, and his power sucks.

today's pull was quite rubbish, had to fire him instantly.
I got 7 pops today, not a bad one. Youth team is really taking nice shape slowly.

To be looking at U19s, current 16yos should have a reasonable primary with a ordinary or average technique, or an average primary with good secondaries. For 17yos it's up to capable primaries, better academies do make a difference as well as prodigies.
It's getting harder to get into the U19s now with more members in the game and more pulling Bangladesh, the future talent is getting better.
It all starts again next season with the new 16yos, I'm thinking of holding a youth pull comp starting next season if people are interested. Memberships will be offered, probably just need to post your Bangladeshi recruits on the forum each week to be scored and added up throughout the season.

Why are you asking then? His bowling isn't good enough as it's nearing the end-of-season. Half-all-rounder = crap.

Thanks Gunda.
do not be fooled by the amount of "pops"
was most of the pops were from average-> reasonable or reasonable -> capable?
or poor -> ordinary? or less...
look in the long run, it will hurt you.
some of you said it takes a whole year to train in fielding guess what? it takes me about7 weeks to go from atrocious fielding -> ordinary fielding...
it took some of my players 1 week to pop from poor fielding to ordinary fielding.
the higher up the level you go, the longer time it will take your player to pop to another higher level. this is why a better academy helps

I just can't stress the importantnce of acadmies enough. i have come to conclusion that just by buying players i will never be able to catch up with the "elite" close to unbeatable teams in FTP...in fact this is impossible since they too have been playing for ages longer than we have so think about the advantages there but if i get my academies as good as them then the process will be much much easier.
I keep repeating the same statement over and over again, though it is for your benefit

no matter how much you guys tempt me, "oh rifat, buy more players with 4k wages", i will not buy into it unless it is a bargain or they have amazing summaries" because right now I have reached a point where regardless of age, anything less than reliable/accomplished is not really worth it. and those players cost a lot of money which i don't have since i did terrible last season. so i got less money.
the players i am looking to buy, even if it is approaching the end of season, i notice how quickly they go
"SWISH"...easily go towards 150k to deadline.
so I will sit back and be patient

Ashraf,
I don't think he will turn out to be a great bowler/all rounder.
you could do either keeper batsmen or batting tech depending on your current youth situation.
although, Alhamdulillah!!!you should be really thankful that this is nonetheless an excellent pull...
