How does Naim average 46.00 in List A with a SR of 87.15? He looks so out of his depth (!)

man naim bats so poorly. I don't mind that slowness it's required but can't even connect the bad balls. out of form tamim is better lol

Lol, yeah. Miraz is middling the ball, even when defending, while Naim's bat doesn't seem to have a middle. I can't remember when I last saw an assured international innings from Naim.

Haven't looked at Naim's shot selection as I am multitasking, but as long as he puts a price on his wicket that is good enough for me. Low SR doesn't matter in the early phase. Tired of these losing early wickets in every match. That's no preparation for the long world cup ahead.

Yeah Naim is not connecting. Probably performance pressure. What do y'all think of Litton + Miraz as openers?

I find it funny how ppl saying is pitch getting better. No thoughts to Bangladesh;s good bowling performance. Sri lankan bowling isn't upto par. It's not the pitch. 257 isn't defendable i didn't think. 280+ was necessarity here.

But naim needs to rotate and connect the ball.

Top 2 teams go through. Reserve day for Pakistan/India match makes it even more difficult. Guess... it will be exceedingly difficult for BD to go to finals.

I think they like the idea of having a left/right combination...also, at least for the short term, Litton's form hasn't been great lately. I hope his form improves soon

At least he won't eat up more deliveries. He was hitting all the bad balls straight to fielders as well.

If you can't chase down 258 ag against 2nd string bowling attack, what are you going to chase then?
