When your top order doesnt have game sense, you include good for nothing like Talukdar and your bowlers give it away in the death it is difficult to compete let alone win matches.

Brilliant over from Ridoy and Shamim. Ridoy has proven himself to be real deal. Usually BD players takes at least 50 matches to do.

BD batsmen have feeble mind. All you need is just sledge them a little and they lose concentration.

BD batsman only require themselves to self destruct. It’s the false ego and immature mind set.

Mehedy and Shamim continues the boldami. Mehedy has played so many matches that this is unacceptable.
Taskin always looks like he is holding his shyte and needs to go to the bathroom even before he gets onto the field!
Nasum arekta bolod!!!!

Just whom does Mehidy think he is? We were lucky Ridoy and Shamim played well today.

Despite Shamims decent performance stats will hide the idiotic moments in his innings.
Played some shots which could have got him out early. But today overall played better than the top order modons

Shamim is not the answer whatever this innings was..he is too much of a bodai and a good bowler will figure him out after bowling 3 balls

I did not watch the match. Seeing the highlights, Liton, whats going on with this dude. Was on a roll last year and this year he is barely scrapping by. Bad luck for Shanto, that could have went anywhere.

Man I have been hearing how people were afraid to give Hridoy a chance. That might be, but today Shamim was brilliant. I would give him a proper run at no.7 position.

Our U-19 team that won the World Cup is the most talented group of players we have ever produced. Hridoy, Shamim, Shoriful, Mritunjoy, Mahmudul Joy, etc were all part of that group.

I didn't watch the match live. But watching the highlights tells me that he makes judgment mistakes. Trying to hit the wrong bowler at the wrong time. Shamim is definitely not the guy you want to see in our WC2023 team. Hridoy yes, Shamim definitely no. He has a lot of maturity to do.
Also, wtf is wrong with our lower-order batsmen? We must have the worst lower order in the whole world right now.

To be fair, I know a lot of people say age shouldn't be an issue if the player is playing well. In the case of our big 4, sure. We also saw them win matches single-handedly and they have a lot of experience. But let's be honest here, Rony ain't no Sangakkara who was still in his prime at the end of his career. I genuinely have no idea why he was drafted into the team. The guy has maybe at max 2-3 years left before he retires officially. Don't we have to prepare a team for the next T20 wc?

Yes. It's not Shamim's fault that our lower order batsmen can't even take a single. I keep hearing how Taskin, Taijul, Fizz were doing batting practice. I don't see any improvement.
Most of his shots were good today, some were questionable for sure. It takes skills to create angles and hit those boundaries. If he didn't take those risks, we would've lost easily.

Good move to kick out Talukdar but why take an extra bowler instead in Mahmud. Nasum should have been given the chop too.
