Well played Mushfiq. Good time to return to form.

Now we have no choice but to win remaining 3 matches and then wait for results of other teams.

It’s almost impossible to win against India unless we are batting first. Let’s hope we win the toss on that match.

What I understand, beating this AUS team is nothing. You need to field well (kick that useless player out) and bowlers like Rubel is a no-no. Rest is easy.

Well at least it wasn't embarrassing. Bowling is letting us down big time.

Had Mahmudullah stayed we could have done it. I thought Mushfiq looked really tired towards the end of his innings, which let Mahmudullah down by failing to provide some support.

We really could have gotten 16rpo for the last 5 overs. Oh well, not a bad performance by our batsman. Our bowling/ fielding let us down big time.

We have no specialist spinner in the team, are we the only one?

Bangladesh didn’t bowl too badly but couldn’t cope with the pressure from Maxwell and Khwaja in overs 38 to 45 which made all the difference today.

Not having Saifuddin and Mosaddek was a big loss at the start of the match.

Back to reality...

How are we supposed to win matches with this kind of bowling attack. What good has Walsh done us in all these years? Or Sunil Joshi for that matter?

We had a slim chance of winning it if runouts we're not in consideration.. we cannot afford runouts...

Blame MP saab Mash - only because of him, the so called finisher found a place in the WC squad and Imrul could not

If we beat Afg and Pak i am happy with our performance in the WC. Ind Eng Aus is still a bridge too far, especially in these conditions. I have no doubt we can beat the Aussies if they come to play us in Mirpur.

Bowling and poor fielding. Fielding plays a huge part in team morale and spirit.

We can definitely beat Oz on our soil - and that is why the security excuse of not touring us. SHAME on Australia.

It so weird how we field well one match and then the next match we keep on making rookie mistakes. I can't remember the last time we fielded well back to back matches.

We don't have any good backup bowlers. Rubel was given one chance but he didn't prove anything to be chosen over Saifuddin. I heard he was injured, so that's kinda unfortunate.
