Can't believe we are relying on centuries from an out-of-form Shakib and a past-it Riyad. Then we need a strong finish from a lower order that can't hold a bat. Remind me why I'm still here?

Joke is on New Zealand. All this hard work, yet they will be at the airport with the BD team as Aus will destroy the English side.

Rotation of strike and the odd boundary per over is all that is needed.
Show them that the fight is still on.

At the drinks break, give these two two doses of espressos.
For them to see the ball as big as a coconut.

Bangladesh batsmen need to bat straight as much. Bat deep, take it far into the innings.
These two need to form a big partnership.

Play an extra bowler - batting collapses.
Play an extra batter- bowlers are clueless and can't find a single wicket

Farooq Ahmad: "@Gavin Well actually Europeans and Americans are called by their last names but in Pak and BNG people are called by their first names and last name is usually their father's name e.g Imad Waseem will be called Imad not waseem which is probably his father's name while Donald trump will be called trump not just Donald "
|
This Farooq is an idiot...Nobody calls anybody by their last name in the U.S/Canada or in Europe...unless it is Mr. Last Name or you are serving in the military....
About calling Trump, Reagan, Clinton, Obama, Markel etc. by their last names...it's because they are elected officials/politicians/leaders...that's how they are generally mentioned/referred by the people and the media. That is a special unique case.

This. Not sure what he has done to deserve such shabby treatment. Arguably he performed too while he was in national team. He is the type of player who should be in across all formats.

Anyone remembers this? It used to be my favorite match. Multan. 2008. We were down 16/4 and then this... happened
http://www.espncricinfo.com/ci/engin...ch/343762.html
Shakib even won MoM.
