Statiscally Hasan mahmud might have been better than shoriful over the last few series. But he maybe getting overlooked because he doesn't have the typical fast bowler aggression. Where is Al furqan when you need him the most?

My team would be the following:
1. Tamim Jr
2. Liton
3. Shanto
4. Mushfiq (to stop the f'king batting collapse every game)
5. Hridoy
6. Shakib
7. Ryad
8. Miraz
9. Taliban Shakib (he seems to know how to bat)
10. Taskin
11. Shoriful

Tamim jr actually looks pretty good batting wise i thought. But he is suspect against any hint of movement/swing. If the pitches are super flat in WC... I expect him to do very well.
Lets be positive.... LITON bhai please come back to form... and lets make to final 4.

I would put shakib at 4, mushfiq at 5 and hridoy at 6. I wanna take fizz but not sure in place of who. agree taliban shakib does get the edge due to batting. but with above lineup up until miraz, i think i would take that chacne with fizz.

This is how I imagine our innings will go: Liton will hit two beautiful boundaries and get out for 15 off 9 balls. Tamim Jr will huff and puff and go for 11 off 10. Suddenly we will be 26/2. Then Shanto and Mushfiq will build a partnership.. both will reach their 30s.. and as we near 100, Mushiq will either miscues a slog sweep or upper cut to 3rd man and get out. We will be 95/3. Hridoy will enter the crease and hit some crisp boundaries while Shanto completes his 50. Around 140, Hridoy will get bowled playing back foot to a spinner (140/4) Enters shakib, and because of the Tamim issue on his mind, he will score a duck by playing a rash shot. (140/5). Ryad and Shanto now will build a partnership and shanto will reach 70s. Around 195, Ryad will get out against the run of play. 195/6. Miraz and Shanto will go on the attack, we will cross 240 in the 45th over and Miraz will edge behind trying to accelerate. 240/7.
Beyond that there are two scenarios.. if we take our current first choice pacers.. they can all fold within 5 runs. We are all out by 245. Or Taliban shakib can hit a few and support shanto and we reach 270.

Lol watch Shanto lose form all of a sudden with all this hype and expectations surrounding him the last few weeks.

pretty much a settled squad now, but Litton and Ridoy need to find consistent form. They cannot score 100 in one game then score ducks for the next 10 games.

Batting is most concerning even Mullah or Mushy can’t save us even they take time, newer ones no consistent form and not looking fit to play for ODI.. we made a mess out of these batting unit

We need scores around 350. Taliban Shakib has to play to add some batting ability in the lower order.

The whole value chain of batsman are pathetic; top order couldnt score against Malaysia in today's Asian games QF. Malaysia have a good chance to beat Bangladesh today
