If Hazlewood, get injured, it`ll be a huge blow to the team, no frontline bowlers exist for the team.

Congrats Tamim on a difficult 50. He should be more aggressive from here. Get us to 200 lead. With the rain and Australia's lineup, we need ample time to bowl them out.

Looks more batting friendly now. We need a lead of atleast 280 and play until tomorrow lunch.

What are you saying? Its spinning like crazy

210 is decent but 250-260 is match winning.

This test match is going to have no flavour, we know BD are going to win.

It is spinning less than yesterday. The odd ball maybe but not all deliveries. Batsman scoring a bit more freely. Usually when it's going crazy our batsman start manufacturing shots

Day 4 and Day 5 high chance of rain, lets try to finish this match today, like we did against England.

Insha'allah Tamim Iqbal will be the second Bangladeshi to have a hundred against AUS in test matches.

We need to bat till tea atleast and giving Australia 10-15 overs to bat at the end of the day

I don't see any other choice.

Even if it rains the next two days we still should be able to get atleast 100 overs. That's enough to dislodge 10 wickets

Exactly! If we can take 2-3 wickets in 15 overs and hopefully in Day 4 we can dislodge the other 7, and BAM. The boys can be back home with an extra day to enjoy before Qurban.

The best time to bat in a test match is during

1) 3rd session first day
2) whole of second day
3) first half of 3rd day

After that pitch starts to deteriorate.

Since 2nd day and 3rd day morning are best time to bat the team batting second are expected to take a respectable lead in the first innings to compensate for the fact that you will bat 4th.

Match is slowly going away from the Aussies...if Mushy can score a 50 and we are in driving seat IMHO

Yes

I think 100 runs more and we should win this easily.

We are in a tricky situation though. Ideally we would want to give Australia 10-15 overs to bat today but we need to score some runs as well. The best option would have been to go all guns blazing in the 3rd session for 10 overs before declaring.

I know it's funny that we are talking declaration but those 10 overs before end of play can be really decisive.

Kayes. Once a village cricketer always a village cricketer. I mean no disrespect to the village people. I mean to refer him to those villagers play cricket for time pass, those just take part in a little tournament not pro by anymeans just a fun activity. In UK it would be the Sunday League.

Kayes is that type player. Just activity for him nothing pro. He scored a 150plus on a highway. Let me remind everyone that Abul Scored a test ton at number 10. It means nothing, Kayes scoring that 150 on flat deck, doesnt mean he stays for another half a decade for free regardless any failures.

Too many, dead woods carried for too long.
