Wicket is absolutely flat highway. Bangladesh messed everything up.

Easily satisfied players need strong talking to!

I have never seen a more composed batsman like Virat.

Maybe I have. Carl Llewellyn Hooper. Proud Guyanese

I think when Tamim and Mushfiq were batting 300 was surely on cards. The middle order made a mess what with those wickets for Kedar Jadhav and those those giving catch practice of full tosses which needed to be put away. Thought it was a total let down.

Hooper was very pleasing to watch, many times destructive as well. Despite being inconsistent.

TYF Umar Akmal had better raw talent than Kohli when he started his ODI career.

Perennial underachiever Hooper. That guy. One of the ugliest dudes around, but one of the prettiest batsmen when in flow.

The way Bangladesh were placed at 25 overs, they were definitely on course for a par total here. And a par total on the board in a semi-final is worth par + 10. I was starting to get a bit worried there -

2 set batsmen, out to the doilies from Jadhav. Right when BD could have really started attacking and piling on a proper score. That was the ballgame.

Posts like this shed a bit of light on why it took so many years for BD to prosecute the war criminals from the Liberation war.
