Trouble in Paradise???

Top Cricket Recruit Makes a Request, Sparking a Debate
Late on Friday nights last month, member of the Miami Heat team was watching his own video with some Heat officials on how his hair style wasn’t up to the par in a foreign land (India). He started to rant and exclaim his hair is everything which is attached to his sponsors and crazy fans. He demanded that he needs to be reunited with his hair stylish posse or else…
“Those are my brothers,” said Afridi. They are the best in business. “I’ve been with them forever.” “I dialed the group back in Punjab.”
“I was like, ‘Man, I’ve got to get you up there,’ “ Afridi said. “ ‘I can’t leave you out.’
Afridi’s initial comments sparked a debate about the propriety of an professional recruit essentially engaging in a negotiation for his athletic services. Traditionalists were quick to denounce Afridi, but others, including some who have called for the MLC to compensate its athletes, rose to defend the idea of a recruit attempting to capitalize on his market value.
“I know there’s a great deal of discomfort around the idea, and it seems to frighten the heck out of everybody in the professional ranks to think we might have player actually organizing in a way that they understand their rights,” said Dr. Ellen Staurowsky, a professor of sport management at Drexel University. “Once they get into the system, after they sign that contract, they don’t have any more capability of negotiating.”
When a player is contracted, there are restrictions on his ability to transfer to another team, or to hold a paying job. As millions of dollars are generated by the cricket league, contracts are the players’ reward. But a high-profile recruit like Afridi wields some fleeting power.

I suggest only copying the current draft round for each pick. Otherwise the posts are going to be really long near the end. Dilscoop can keep updated the draft tracker post #5

Exciting West Indies offspinner Sunil Narine is headed to Major League Cricket after being signed by Denver Broncos. In addition they signed Saeed Ajmal, the Pakistan spinner who has tormented England over the past month, for the upcoming season in Major League Cricket.

In NBA - you have Bulls vs Heat.
In NFL, none of the teams with traditional rivalries with the Bears are in MLC.
So go after the heat.
