Abul Hasan would have been better. Pace, and these wickets would have been good learning curve for the youngster. Cause the truth is Abul is one of the future, need to groom/nurture him. the feeling of playing in WC gives one great inspiration for the future especially if its a youngster and his 1st WC.

That tells you about work ethics of our players. No willingness to stay fit and work on skills.

Looking forward to this game.
I think it will be a good match. InshAllah BD win.
I'd go with this line up:
Tamim
Sarkar
Mahmudullah
Mushy
Shakib (Captain)
Shabbir
Nasir
Rubel
Taijul
Arafat
Taskin
Yes two spinners, plus the star Shaikib. Mash needs a restm, this match isnt must win. We need to make sure Mash is fresher, to go in the QF.
Let's see which of the other SLA does what. then we can pick who is to play in the QF? or maybe not, and bring another batsmen in.

This NZ team is vastly improved than the team that toured BD. On top of that this is their turf. If we fire on all cylinders, we can make it a close game, but their form and confidence will overpower all our efforts.
My pessimism has brought great luck to the team. So, there you go.

If thats correct about Shafiul then I can only say. what a selfish player. should said ''I dont feel fit'' why waste a spot! BCB should have checked too. Shaiful has disappointed me, if what people are saying is true.

+ Tells you about our FC comps and how seriously teams takes it. He was playing DPL and NCL, yet, he couldn't manage to stay fit...Reason (s):
-Their is no conditioning camp or fitness camp prior to start a domestic leagues
-fixtures for domestic comps usually released 2/3 days before the starting date..no time to prepare physically especially when you're on a biyrani diet for 15 days.
-pace bowlers only bowls 5/6 overs per day in ncl
There are endless list but these are the main few why our phast bowlers lose their fitness way too easily.
Another prime example is Robiul. Every time I see him, I see either he put on 5 kgs or injured warming up on the bench.

Robiul have the worst fitness out of all the pacers. Not even playing NCL.
Abul just came back from injury. Missed 4/5 round of NCL fixtures

And with this work ethics and professionalism(!) of our system. How we will keep the success and retain the success we achieve. We will go back again as we have not changed and solved the real problems of the system. We will see a completely different game today when we face NZ.

Don't be so disheartened hearing Papon. Papon is another clown, sometimes he even doesn't know what he says about whom. How much value you give yo his words??
Listend to the Coach in pre Match media briefing. He had some excellent things to say about the team.
Specially I was taken abak when he said, "If you have seen our today's practice session, you know how motivated they are to play. Playing a World Cup and for the country is good enough a motivation for them to work so hard, they don't seem to be tired at all, even working so hard" I haven't heard such words from a coach of our national team. Instead I have only heard that the players aren't working hard...this he said when he was asked, "since QF is confirmed for the team, how much motivated they are to win."
So don't react much unless you see Shafiul playing and make your own judgement. Papon never had anything to say about Tamim's bhuri, why Shafiul? You never know which selector or administrator he is shooting at, he is a political guy. Aparently Shafiul didn't look unfit like his words make him to be...so, I won't trust Papon without seeing myself.

You can't bring in any new players other than the standbys that was submitted to ICC way back then. Unless Shafiul or another pacer got hurt (Allah Maf koruk).

lol. That wasn't a serious comment dude about smoking. Chill out. Seems like ur a big Abul fan. Well I hope he comes good. It can only benefit us but for me personally I see ZERO potential in him. Sorry. The kid is hyped up and can't even perform in the worst first class competition in the world.

Indians are **** scared; praying for NZ win
If we win they face SL
if we win & Aus Match gets washed out, then it's Ind Vs Aus QF
So they are praying for NZ finally if we knock them out, what will be their expression ?? worth seeing so I am not much worried about today's result, just let the team play good cricket.
