129/2 so far so good I would say, I wouldn't want Enam to bowl to much but for Alma to get 77 in one session he must be blasting
cricinfo scorecard working, Bad numbers for enam, Sajid and Farhad

How can anyone even envisage not picking Bangladesh's best bowler ? It is not pace that matters but control and ultimately wickets.
Yes, Rasel rocks ! You just can't keep class down.

Sajidul and Reza's economy might become vital at the end of play.

Well they think Pace is everything. They think a bowler must bowl faster to be in the Test team.. But line & lenght and wickets are sometimes nothing..
I would always pick Rasel over Shahadat in all form of cricket. He's our only wicket taking bowler. Yes He's much much better than Mashrafe.

By the way its Hasim Amla, not Alma, you probably know but just making sure.
Also... I love Rasel too, he reminds me a lot of Chaminda Vaas.

Sajedul? Give me a break.. why not Talha playing...? I think this Sajedul guy is related to someone, otherwise how the hell is he getting so much chances....? I think Razzaq is gonna be better than enam even in Tests... I think "K"amla guy is going to dominate us through out the tour.

Because Sajid is better bowler than Talha. Sajid is another wicket taking bowler like Rasel. He just couldn't do that good in NZ tour. He did good in the first Test.

very true. He is very new to this and I think he needs another year or two to actually be consistent with his line and length. He is one of few bowlers in BD who can actually swing the ball a great deal.

Dhaka, Feb 17 (bdnews24.com) – Visitors South Africa recovered their initial setback to make 129 for two at lunch on the first day of the lone warm-up three-dayer against the Bangladesh Cricket Board XI at Narayanganj Osmani Stadium Sunday.
Hashim Amla remained unbeaten on stroke-filled 71 while Jacques Kallis on 33.
Amla smashed 12 fours while Kallis hammered six fours and one six.
Left-handed pacer Syed Rasel struck double blows to give the hosts a fine start after South Africa skipper Graeme Smith opted to bat first winning the toss.
Amla and Kallis denied further damage to put on 94 for the unbroken third wicket before the poor fielding allowed Kallis to survive twice.
Kallis first survived on naught when wicketkeeper Mushfiqur Rahim could just touch a Kallis edgy stroke off Rasel delivery jumping to his right while Junaed Siddique dropped Kallis at the first slip off Enamul Haq Junior on 17.
Rasel first trapped Smith (2) lbw, leaving the visitors at five for one, and then had Jean-Paul Duminy (17) caught by wicketkeeper to reduce them to 35 for two.
Of 129 runs, South Africa amassed 90 runs from boundaries.
Rasel has been the economy bowler, giving away 22 runs for two wickets in eight overs while Sajedul Islam conceded 45 runs in seven overs.

sakib seems to be in the frame to replace enam as the 2nd spinner. If so he'll be Rana 2.0 indeed!
