Sorry guys for my lack of knowledge on this but isn't Enamul Haque (Jr.) one of the opening batsman for BD A, who some argued should have made it to WC instead of JO. Why is he at tailend?

And to add a bit : Enamul Jr has long been touted as THE FUTURE for BD's spin bowling. During Enam's U-19 days, Richard McInnes considered him to have the potential to be leading SLA in the world in due time.

Indian team is in a very critical shape now. Most of the players are out of shape and not capable to make high scores. As we have seen before. They are scared of the whole situation and what they are going through. On the other hand the BANGLADESH team is better in shape and can perform better in pressure.....I think Bangladesh is better team in that respect....

I pray for Bashar to win the toss and elect to bat first. Considering the fact that the wicket on day five is prone to spinner friendly since there will be odd cracks on the pitch, I reckon that 2nd inning batting would make the Indians life hell by our slow left armers.

no aleem dar, i am relieved. no bias usually will lead to less mistakes and hopefully it favors bangladesh more than anything else.
you think aleem dar should be fined and/or fired by icc for making foul decisions?

As per my observation Aleem Dar is among top 3 best umpires ICC having at present, didn't notice him to give wrong decisions too often.

This is what the BBC had to say about Enamul, back in '03
"All the while, Thorpe was trading blows with the Test debutant in a fascinating battle between the master practitioner and a mant 18 years his junior.
The left-hander drove Haque for four to move England into the lead 20 minutes after the resumption before lofting him down the ground for six.
But on this evidence Haque is a spinner of immense talent, and he tested Thorpe's renowned aptitude against spin with variety, flight and pronounced turn."

Never worried about Jr, But I do hope we win the Toss and Bat so the spinners can be effective in 3rd and 4th days, rather than face Kumble in our first innings on Day 3.

On the other hand, if Bangladesh bat first and do well, then India have to bat last against Rafique, Enamul and Sakibal ... the key is batting well, bowling well and fielding well. Do that, and the Tigers can put themselves in a position to win.

session by session boys ... that's how we have to bat. Really bummed TI doesn't get to play. I really wanted him to have a go what with his recent FC form as well as the subplot of him being captaincy material. I don't have a lot of faith in Rajin at the moment.
