I hope our batsmen can set records in this series like who can finish a plate of biryani the quickest.

Hey BCB, give the guys their 10th pay raise of the year because we're getting steam rolled by players on 100$ a week.

Need to let the guys know that they're winning on some level!

We need a PROPER head coach! A proper staff set up. They are the one who's suppose to correct the mistakes on the field. As of right now, that's not happening. Rahim's captaincy should've been corrected by the HC a while ago. Obviously our current HC is giving him the "freedom" to make decisions on his own, but I don't think our captain is capable of handling all that freedom.

Default Lesson learned

Never play with minnows. They will bring you down to their level and beat you with experience.

where is Shoaib Ali , this guy was our lucky charm, no matter what we say but a guy cheering like that does make a player think differently, or feel twice before playing a selfish shot.
Shoaib on a TV interview said he is going to Zim, financially supported by some Bangla bank.

^^ It'd be hilarious if he painted "sponsored by Dhaka Bank" on his back.

But now that you mention Shoaib Ali, I can't help but remember the ordeal he put himself through to see Bangladesh play India in India! I wonder if the players can comprehend the torment such capitulations cause us fans, especially the ardent ones like Shoaib

In a parallel universe:
March 20th, 2012 Match ends between Bangladesh and Sri Lanka with Bangladesh winning. Captain sits down to analyse the performance and finds that in a low scoring game where all bowlers did well, Shahadat had figures of 8 overs 51 runs with one wicket. He then decides to drop Shahadat for the finals.
In the Asia Cup Final, the Replacement bowler leaks only 10 runs instead of 19 in the final over and we win the match and a Major ICC trophy.

Flash forward to 31st March 2013 a T-20 game being played between Sri Lanka and Bangladesh
Mushy realizes that Shahadat is not fit for limited overs format and picks a much more stable Zia as the second pacer. As a result Zia goes for 10 runs instead of the 24 runs leaked by SRK in the 18th over and We win the match and the T-20 Series

the list continues...

Also in the parallel universe,

The Bangladeshi cricketers are utilizing their off-time by doing some fitness training and working their socks off at the gym (instead of exploiting their alleged stardom and tying the knot)

The BCB fires the selection panel committee for including Shahadat in the squad to Zimbabwe.

The BCB has heeded to the excessive requests and has made it compulsory for a tight diet routine.

The BCB has drawn a line and has made their stance clear regarding Shakib's injury.

The BCB has implemented a new salary hike proposal which is sound and logical.

Also in another parallel universe,

Bangladesh have beaten Zimbabwe by a convincing margin of 355 runs after a sublime double century stand by Shahriar Nafees and Mahmudullah Riyad.

Shahadat Hossain has been arrested by police for lolz so he cannot play for Bangladesh ever again.

Every member of BCB have been sacked and have been replaced by the forum members of BanglaCricket.com

BengaliPagol as been appointed chief selector as Akram bhai could not find his way out of the chicken fillet burger with large fries and a coke for 250 taka.

What happens when we don't get 90 overs in a day's play? Does it get carried into the next day? I always thought there is supposed to be 90 overs bowled throughout a day. After day 4 341 overs have been bowled, 19 short of the 90*4=360.

By my calculations this is how many overs were bowled in each day.

Day 1: 88 overs
Day 2: 88 overs
Day 3: 83 overs
Day 4: 83 overs

Considering we've lost overs today due to bad light are we not allowed to start play earlier?

I hope there won't be any celebration corner/circle thread or w/e the BS you guys usually open if we win tomorrow.

On the other hand, if we end losing somehow, feel free to open all the knee-jerk threads.
