Sadat has infact played in the only T20 we've played so far (against Zim). Junaed is the raw sensation, who impressed many while playing with Mohammedan in our domestic leagues last season with his dashing strokeplay and Hayden-esque physique. Ok I'm exaggerating about the physique part, but he can definitely be our answer to Haydos!

1)Junaed
2)Tamim -the best openers in Bangladesh so far who can blast the opposition bowling to bits. And both of them are physically super fit.
3)Aftab -No questions asked, we need him to be innovative and just play fearlessly, and also use the powerplays, best position for him.
4)Ashraful - Believe it or not, I want him to steady the ship. In my team he gets the anchor role because there are so many other torpado launchers so this team does have a lot of firepower. But in his day he can still be the most destructive thing.
5)Farhad-another power hitter, he hit 11 sixes in one of the NCL matches. I have great hopes for this guy, clean and powerful hitter, good rotator of strike, and very useful seamer.
6)Milon - many people say that he is the biggest hitter in Bangladesh and a Chris Cairns Prospecto. In a match of 84 ball 143 he hit 12 sixes half of which landed on either the rooftops or outside the ground. He is also a fast medium. So he can be the first change option behind Mash and Rajib.I will open this position for another great hitter Nadif Chowdhury, but only he can take it up. He has to show some form.
7)Mashrafe- What can I say about this guy? I will criticise him instead, he needs to pull out his front leg stumps while trying to slog, he should concentrate on playing from the crease because he doesn't have to create room to create power in the shots, his arms and wrists are more than enough.
8)Mahmudullah-he looks very impressive to be honest, he is about 6`, very well built, and a wrist off spinner we need so much. Another all rounder. But still has to prove himself.
9)Dhiman ghosh- I honestly want to put this guy higher but all the other spots are taken by such good hitters too. The reason why I am not choosing mushfique is because I want to test this guy, we should always have a backup keeper grooming up. And mushfique although has a very high backlift and generates a lot of power isn't best suited for a all hit-out game. I can't see him even using those free hits in the game after a no ball bowled. Sorry to all the mushfique fans.
10)Shahadat-I want him in all forms of a Bangladeshi cricket team.
11)Razzak- He can control the runrate and be the most attacking bowler in 20-20 in my opinion.

This is a team which can win a 20-20 match. And deep down I believe we will prosper more and more when we see the likes of Junaed, Farhad, Mahmudullah, Milon and Nadif in our test and one day team. These are very very talented players and the best thing about them is their attitude of a real tiger. They are built like the australians and they are the rough and tough sort that will create that mental edge.

If you look at my top order you will wonder what Junaed, Tamim, Aftab and Ashraful can do on their day. But forget the top order, just look at the middle order, after the technical hitters we have the strike rotator in Farhad, and the power hitters in MIlon/Nadif, Mashrafe, Mahmudullah and Dhiman. All the way to number 9. And if you look at the team you will find 7/8 bowlers including the ocassional bowlers, while 6 specialist bowlers excluding them. And Mash needs to bat higher up order in 20-20 in my opinion. I am a fan of his batting. In 20-20 he should proclaim himself of being an all rounder take that extra initiative.

This is my dream team. If Bangladesh sends this team, we will atleast reach the last 4 I am 110 % sure.
