hmm...we did bundle them out cheaply, but looks like after that 56-run opening stand, our batters simply couldn't stand the fire supplementing the CMX bowing. i myself got out early as well, and in a pretty ugly way too - playing across the line. i really shouldn't have mehrab hossain opi as my idol anymore.
anyways, hope we can win the next match, and the next, and the next, until we win the world cup. i guess we have one more game for us to get our acts together, and this game just shows that we have a lot of work to do as a team ahead of the actual world cup games.

More worries. We just need both disciplines to fire in the same game.
Scorecard
Pressure is on the selectors now.

I liked the fact that I got my form back, but losing the match wasn't nice!

Team for 1st match vs. MensaP2P
*Asif Rahman
Shahriyar
Adel_chain_gang
Ehsan
Tehsin
James90
+Rubu
Miraz
Lidcombe
Imran78
Hasib
----------
12th Man - Sunniath
Sunniath and Hatebreed are the unlucky ones to miss out along with MasterBlaster and Bourny3. Miraz is down the order to hopefully strengthen a tail that hardly scored a run in either warm up.

It was good decision I thought that the openers have been kept intact despite their first match debacle. If a combination has to be tried out for better effectiveness, then it should be given enough chances to prove it in the middle. I will personally take that positively, and work that much harder in the nets and other practice opportunities to regain my place in the playing XI.

It was a very difficult decision to keep you out of the team, the attitude won't help though.

Mathematically we're still a chance but I'm astounded at how we keep finding new ways to lose matches.
Scorecard
Their last pair put on 86* to deny us by one wicket.

Back with some bowling but batting of mine is still a nightmare.
Good century by ATMR the captain.

I'm going to Adelaide on Sunday for a cricket tour and therefore won't be around much. So I'm informing you now of the team for our next game (which won't be for a while). I trust that you'll check the website for the scorecard though.
BanglaCricket XI
*Asif Rahman
Shahriyar
Hatebreed
Ehsan
Tehsin
Miraz
+Rubu
Sunniath
Lidcombe
Imran78
Hasib
Miraz is saved by his 3 wickets but comes up the order in search of runs. Sunniath comes into the side to strengthen the bowling while I miss out.

hmm..well stats can be deceiving, as they have been once again. although we amassed 260, we could've done a LOT better - the batting simply didn't click (once again).
and it's also very frustrating the way the last pair put on 86 to take it away from us. let's get our acts together for the next few games, guys.
