yeah I thought the second lbw appeal after we lost all the reviews looked good. They didn't show the replay with ball tracking...maybe height or touching top of the stump - umpire call.

Sri Lanka was just 1 ball or 1 hit away from elimination. Now they can win it.

According to Cricket Oracle, it is completely in our favor- as it has been numerous times down the times.
The algorithm doesn't take quality of a team into account. The fact is India is experienced and has more steel nerves than us to withstand mental pressure. However, from neutral perspective of a cold and unperturbed machine it is our game to win - as it has been so many times whence we blew it.

This will test the mental pressure of the bench strength teams at death...

After 35k posts* and seeing enough of these games, one thing is for sure. We better prepare ourselves for close last ball finishes like this one. This could easily have swung the other way with last ball boundary or something.

This is like the "Endgame" of cricket. And previously we have lost countless matches due to bad judgment and pressure in the endgame.

Evidently Shamim Hossain is also married? This guy hasn't even started his cricketing career.

Having never seen Shubman Gil bat, I always wondered why he is trending so much on Twitter. Today it explains. What an amazing future ahead of him! A calm and mature head and a protégé of Kohli. Contrast this with us... we never had a batsman of his caliber in the pipeline who is so groomed to be mature and play composed innings.
I know some pointed out from Pakistan had Babar done the same it would be called "Selfish" innings. I don't think his was any selfish innings. Partnership wins matches and you prize your wicket. Something our players never got to learn the hard way of putting a price on your wicket!
Unfortunately we never developed any class batsmen like them from young age who plays solid, chanceless sparking innings. Not too many aerial ones and brute force, but solid textbook shots relying on timing. Gill reminded me kind of like Gambhir.
As far as our team, I am thoroughly impressed with the young blood, young gun 2-1-3 Tamzid. He seems like a spirited bolwer and hope overcoaching doesn't ruin his raw style. He has that "Shakib bhai ball-ta amake den shudhu ekbar, wicket uraia dimu" mentality.
