Yes, this is our biggest worry.

Ditto...
may be we are winning matches... fare and square..
its giving our players the confidence they needed for a long time...
but at the same time..we are probably gonna go to the world cup with a false sense of security and hope...
winning against minnowers (Zims kenya scots) than minnows (us ourselves) would mean nothing when playing against Ind, Eng or Aus...
but after all said and done...its good to finish the year on a 8-0 winning trot...
nothing is better than the winning feelings.. irrespective of the opponents...

Three Cheers for the BD team
Three cheers for Mash
Three cheers for A. Razzak
Three Cheers for all the players and the team as a whole.
Everybody have done a good (but not excellent) job.
A victory day spirit made them win convincingly with a margin of huge 146 runs.
CONGRATULATIONS Bangladesh

Whats the excuse today for the Scotts ? Too much sun shining in their eyes so they could not see the balls too well? Or maybe they were worried about the corruption in Bangladesh and could not concentrate on the match?
I just hope the BD team can take this positive attitude from winning so many matches into the world cup.

was his innings that bad? I think with SN, Aftab, Ash, Sakib, Rafiqe and Mash ( Who's hit Indian Bowling even harder) we can pull of the upset and make it to the 2nd round of the WC.
Bashar and Mehrab makes me worry too much though, HB may be better off at 6?

BTW, this is Mash's maiden fifty and the best performance in ODI.
And with a SR 188, Wow.

Yes, today Ash's batting was quite OK. 38* with a SR>80% is really good and that is what we need from him on a regular basis.

I think today Scots regretted taking two wickets.
First one is SN which made the way for Aftab &
Second one is Mushfiq which made the way for Mashrafee

Pretty pathetic report from Cricinfo. Felt very disgusted at their last line. What do they want?

Tigerwash
From now on, if Bangladesh can whitewash any team, we'll call it:
Its a tigerwash !!

Wow, what a huge win!
When's the next match? Is it the series against Canada and Bermuda in February?

As for Bangladesh, their eighth successive one-day victory can only further boost the suspicion that there is real room for optimism in 2007 - Cricinfo.com
Simply I don't get it.

Bhai jototuku english bujhi last line pore to it sounds like a positive sentence regarding the tigers !!! Why is one bhai disgusted and another bhai confused ?
Doesnt the last line mean that people can be really optimistic about Bangladesh's cricket in the coming year !!!

Sir,I am confused because of the word 'suspicion'. CI might have used a better word. Suspicion means a state of doubt, doesn't it? So why they have to use the word doubt here?
NB: I am not a native speaker of english so if I am wrong then correct me please.

hasan....yes to be suspectful of something is to be doubting it. but thats one way the word 'suspicion' can be used. in this case, it means bangladesh's success further boosts the idea of us being successful in the coming year. (as if it is suspected/assumed that bangladesh will do good in '07).

Bhai please dont embarass me by saying "sir". My post was not to ridicule any of your posts but to clarify if maybe I got the wrong meaning of the sentence.
English is also not my native language.

Heheheh...never mind. Sometimes I call people Sir just showing respect
Anyway, according to Shovon bhai Suspected = Assumed. But still I don't get it probably for my limited knowledge of english.
