Brother Adnan, be grateful that we all were priveleged to witness a miracle of God. Providence merely gave us a taste of what He is capable of. Count your blessings and be thankful of the little things and victories in life... you will be much happier in the long run. Hopefully I was not sermonizing!

Looking back Shakib HAD to take the gamble of bowling his best bowlers before final over. Because that was the aggressive mindset of taking wickets and not leaving it for the last over. Little did we all know what nature would usurp. Takeaway? There are wayyyy too many variables for anyone to call the shots. It is highly complex game in a matrix of Hilbert space. ( <---I don't even know why I wrote that.)

We honestly got lucky. We have to acknowledge it and just lay off the entitlement.

Huge fan of Allan Donald. He is clearly having some effect on bowlers like Taskin who seems to pick up fast. I mean there is a stark difference between him coming on to the scene before and now bossing around. He is showing a lot of aggression and intent. Wish it would rub off on Fizz and others. (I also think Ebadot under the tutelage of Allan would be another big plus for us.)

Shakib said he actually had warned Nurul after the 5th delivery of the last over that he was catching the ball too close to the popping crease and might cause a no ball. Despite the warning, Nurul made the mistake very next ball. Mushfiq would have been flayed by fans and media for making this sort of blunder.
While my hats off to Mosaddek for holding his nerves in that last over, and especially after that last ball gaffe, I sincerely hope he or Shakib won't be bowling at death against India. I hope sanity will prevail with our team management to drop one from Nurul and Yasir and bring in a fourth pacer in the next match.

Nurul doesn’t seem a fit in the team as he isn’t a finisher and Das can keep.

With his lingering thigh injury, I suspect Litton is not eager to take the gloves back. Yasir is more likely to be benched again.

From his talk to the journos after the match, it sounded like Papon will intervene and ask Sujon to include another pacer. He was quite unhappy how the match went to wire after the early wickets Taskin-Musta got us.

Bangladesh can qualify if they can beat both Pakistan and India. Damn.
I'm calling it now, India will be 30/3, we'll get KL Rahul and Viral Kohli in single figures. We'll all be over the moon but then Rohit Sharma will smash a century and get the score beyond our reach.
