Beat them in just 1 Test match and they'll be begging to play you on tours like these that SL and WI are on.

That's how it goes. They'll only respect you after you soundly thrash them.

We would have done just as bad as WI in a test series vs Aus in Aus.

Bravo's vigil has ended. West Indies bowled out for 271. This means that they are 280 runs behind.

Steve Smith, will you please enforce the follow-on?

Looks like Australia are not going to enforce the follow-on...

Look out for some fireworks from David Warner

We have the best team in our history led by the best captain right now. Anyone who doubts this should just look at our record in 2015. Right now it seems many teams are going backwards in terms of strength. Pakistan, Sri Lanka, West Indies and England are highly beatable in the short format. We can definitely beat India anywhere, and in subcontinental conditions, we can beat NZ, SA. This basically means we should pose a challenge in the T-20 WC even though we suck at this format. Can we get our team into a groove through Asia Cup remains to be seen. Overall i am excited for the cricket that awaits us in 2016

NZ chased down 96 in 6.3 against us 8 years ago.

Today NZ were on 106 after 6.3 overs.

Makes me much happier now

lol, ya, and instead of Latham imagine if McCullum was playing.

Anyway I feel bad for Srilanka but they need to now play with the mindset we used to have once upon a time, which is to not lose wickets too early and play all 50 overs and manage atleast a 250-260 total, that will give them atleast a chance to compete.

Not disagreeing with you except that England are right now one of the teams to beat, their revival in ODI format this year has been solid.

Well we wont know until we play them but i base my assessment on how we beat them in the WC. We beat them under conditions that suit them in Australia and in a crunch game that basically knocked them out. On top of that subcontinental pitches are our home conditions and suits our spinners and makes swing bowlers like Anderson dudh vaat. We have also defeated them in 2011 WC which was another crunch game. Overall i see no reason to believe we cant beat them even after taking into account that they have improved since WC 2015. If they have improved then so have we. Mustafizur didnt feature in the WC and we beat pak, ind and SA since then.

Still the record for the highest run rate in a completed game.

India series
If the BCB president Nazmul Hasan’s words had been final in team selection, Mustafizur Rahman would not have made his debut against India in the first ODI. Nazmul wanted Arafat Sunny instead of Mustafiz in the first ODI and sent a list of 11 players to the team management before the match. The team management ignored the list, paving the way for Mustafiz to ...

Why was the PSL [Megathread] sticky'ed?

Could we have the same for other leagues?

Or maybe alot of Bangladeshi players were bought by the franchises...

Wow , SA are really getting hammered in Tests against India and now England that also at home.
Eng are doing great on the other hand.
Eng have very good young talents but SA dont have good enough players to replace out of form Amla and Faf or good substitutes for Steyn,Phlander.
