We should straight up sack contracted players like Soumya, Litton, Afif. They don't deserve a spot in the team even as waterboys.

We need to retain our seniors, Shakib, Mushfiq, Mullah, Mustafiz and sack the rest. We should promote all the players who played the under-19 World Cup in 2020 to senior team in LOI cricket (retain Shamim Hossain, Shoriful Islam) and rebuild out team from the ground up.

It cannot be any worse than what we have currently. It's physically impossible. This is early 2000s Bangladesh bad.
