The Boston Globe
Boston - Mark Wahlberg along with Laura J. Sen President of BJ's Wholesale Club the official sponsor of Boston Celtics revealed their MLC jersey at a press conference at the Gillete Stadium on Friday. Earlier last week Boston Celtics announced historic Gillete Stadium as their home ground for the upcoming inaugural edition of MLC. Wahlberg expressed his gratitude toward the people of Boston for the support they have shown so far, and he promised the Boston Celtics will not let them down.
Wahlberg is well aware of the rich history of Gillete Stadium, Tom Brady and the New England Patriots established it as a scared ground for every Boston fan and he is keen on keeping it that way. He said, "I am 100% dedicated to building a successful franchise that will keep the tradition going."
The Celtics will be wearing a green jersey with white stripes on the shoulders, and light green "Boston" writing features on front side of the jersey. The front side of the jersey will also feature the depiction of a leprechaun. The Celtics are also considering starting a new tradition of wearing green jerseys with gold trim as part of the St. Patrick's Day celebrations. Fans can order their jersey at BostonCelticsMLC.com
Wahlberg did not want to make any comments regarding coaching staff, but he did mention that The Celtics are talking to coaches from different parts of the word and will be making a decision very soon. The Celtics are also in the process of negotiating with Mass Mutual as their second sponsor, but yet to be confirmed.

@Dilscoop: I'm not trying to confuse you at all. Just giving suggestions as to how we can make this more exciting with the little insight I have
If you don't want me to do that, then this league ain't for me bro. I am not and have never been a worker ant even when I was an espresso jockey at Starbucks.

no no no! I wasn't talking about you! I liked all the suggestions you provided. They were all great. I was talking about people posting multiple sponsors when it says one or not following the interactions ahem BK ahem etc. I'm just trying to hurry this up so we can move to drafting. Longer it takes me to update, the longer it will take for the season to start. So fellas, please help me to help you to help MLC
SNR, def keep your suggestions coming. I like em!

Thanks
@BK: Bro, let's get this parteh started bro. Just follow the format and use a single sponsor. The real fun will begin with the draft and when the matches start. Official junk food and bev people can come in then and sponsor cheerleader apparel or something.

But the stadium has been revamped for the MLC though, and can now seat 25,000.

@Ian: You can actually screw Z's plans and become a GM yourself. Pittsburgh is still available.

Those cheeseheads in GB wouldn't know cricket even if it were fried and dipped in chocolate.

Also good luck finding a "wealthy owner" amongst the dairy farmers. Milwaukee or even Madison would've been better.
BTW, changed GB to Pittsburgh after noticing that TE has GB.

@Dilscoop: Please remove Hayden as requested since there's no Head Coach position in the MLC. If Warne is available as a player in the upcoming draft, then I'd opt for Graham Gooch. If not, Warne remains our coach. I'll make Akram his assistant coach if he has to be a "bowling coach". Gooch will be my batting coach.
Like our logo, our strategy is centered around vicious and nasty swing bowling that will snack on batsmen and make everyone's kids stay up at night. Chomp-chomp.

Warne will be in the draft. Graham Gooch it is. Good choice.
Also do you think I should drop GB and make Kansas the last North Div team?

Thanks D, GB is a dead end. Just drop it and go with a truly northern city like Montreal. KC is more west than anything else but will do to get this started.
