My cricket channel says game starts at 5PM EST which is 11 AM GMT.

5 pm EST isnt 11 GMT ! 5 EST is 10 GMT ... SO the game starts at 6 EST and 11 GMT!

my direct tv is started showing and its doesn't look good. pitch is covered and sky looks gloomy. can't tell it is raining or not. not a single players are on the field

why doesn't cricinfo says it is delayed due to rain???? I finished all my work.. dinner, washing up, cleaning up, shower, paying bill, ironing, all before 10pm, just to see the match and now it is delayed by an hour.. this is not fare!!!!
