That's really good man, the beats are great and I especially like the first half of the song. Though the Aj Ki Raat part (chorus?) almost sounds like the original. Otherwise it's great and blends well with the original tune. You should make another version with more bass, may be faster tempo and more of those echo/tunnel effects.

I am sorry to say that I am not impressed. the two tunes simply dont match. Flight 643 is a classic tiesto track without vocals and it sounds awful with the vocals.

Default Thanks for listening

BBGun, Hatebreed,

Thanks for listening.

Hatebreed, i do understand that i have allowed the vocals to almost overpower the beats. And that was in keeping with the audience. I dropped the mix twice on the dance floor in past one week, once with Vocals intact and once with vocals diminished to some extent.

Here is the link of similar mix (though it is livemix from antirely difefrent occassion) which has vocals slightly dimished. Not sure if you'll like it more than the one above, but defintely worth a try.

i'll keep your inputs in mind when i work on it later and refine it.

BBGun,

These were mixed by using a pair of CDJs and a mixer and nothing more and mixed live. There really isn't a lot that can be done unless you are in a production studio and have time and equipments at your disposal. It may have many flaws but except for first 2-3 seconds of the mash-up (the initial adjustment), i don't think it has any beat-matching or beat-syncing issues.

That said, i appreciate your inputs. Will definitely try to make it better. Thanks.

So far, i have stayed away from computer programs and softwares. I am still the old-fashoned DJ with CDJs and Turntables. I own a pair of Ion turntables (whoich i rarely use now, since CDs are cheaper and easier to burn), a pair of Pioneer CDJ-200, one Pioneer CDJ-100, a Behringer 3-Channel Mixer and an Ion 2-Channel mixer.

All my mixes are still the old-fashioned way though i think i'll have to start using ableton sooner or later.

I will surely give your radio show a try. I usually make 2-3 hr long live-sets but not on Radio though.

yeah a mix of ableton and serato is amazing. PVD has taken mixing to a brand new level. The only problem is that i dont have the money to buy those things. Life sucks as a poor college student
