Default Taking charge of the initiatives/chances

Taking charge of initiatives and chances have been big problem for Bd. Except for the first odi, they were in the game for brief periods in all 5 games. They seem to give it away after putting the opposition in pressure. Does a mental block sets in when the team is playing good? Why after bowling superbly for 10 overs after one bad over we just give up?

Management needs to find immediate cure for this disease.

Remember Gillespie's 200?

We are experts at getting into the good position then throwing it away in the final hurdle.

Its a mental issue. Needs strong leadership from captain, senior players and perhaps killer instinct which is badly lacking.

I kept thinking in the SA series Mash brought that in the team. Just somehow he managed to get the boys fired up, unfortunately the whole body language from Mash has been so bad from the T20 WC. I rarely see him get angry or talk to the bowler. He used to talk to Taskin after each ball, it's the small things you notice that has been missing from our inspirational leader. Maybe he gets homesick, I feel the team management needs to talk with Mash to spur him on. If we continue like this we won't do jack in the all awaited champions trophy.

About Mash... He can't do anything when the bowler(s) doesn't bowl a single Yorker in the entire tour.
