How to give link
I have a question on links. How do you give a link to an exact location to a page instead of just the whole page?

Thats only possible if the page has bookmark specified on the section that you want to link to. BC posts have bookmark link; which means you can link to the specific post with it.
E.g.:
This is the link to this post (last part after the # sign is the bookmark part):

Thanks Nasif bhai. Appreciate the fast response. If you could elaborate further on how to do that...
For instance, today in Banglacricket Dictionary thread Dr Z gave a link where tonoy mentioned Sharapova. Now in the old method I'd just click at the upper right corner of the post number and give the link. But sometimes I see memebers give a link and it's to the exact loction BUT you can also scroll up or down.
Sorry if I am begging the question.
Edit: okay just saw your edit. lol...thanks.

Big Image Resize
Use this IMG tag to post resized image which are larger than forum standard width. Format of this: [img="URL"]width in pixel[/img] Example: [bimg="http://www.banglacricket.com/pictures/newpic763.jpg"]250[/bimg] This will set the image http://www.banglacricket.com/pictures/newpic763.jpg with 250 pixel wide. Height gets dynamically calculated by the browser with proper aspect ratio.
So if I want to take this pic (actual size is too big, resized to 600 pixels)
and resize it to 200 pixels width, I just add [bimg="http://www.satlogo.com/logo/hires/flag/bd.png"]200[/bimg] and it will result in
