Depends, If you play players like Nayeem and Mahmudullah in 7 or 8, then they are the biggest sissy. But I think given the opportunity up the order, Mahmudullah may not be the biggest one. But a big doubt on Nayeem wherever he bats. Also JS with his current form in ODI, must make the list.
