Exclamation Kidney Trafficking in India

When people suffer from renal failure, they go to India fro Kidney transplant. Spend money, you get the kidney. Now the question is where the doctors get those kidneys from?

Fom Here

Where is medical ethics? Where is humanity, morality?

Yeah read that news article somewhere else. Those Indian doctors are really sick minded. I mean they are professional doctors, they dont need to sell kidneys to make a living. They are earning lots of money, so whats the deal ! I just don't get it.

I have heard similar news from current affairs. Though they mentioned some other country aside from India.

In sub-continent, doctors make significantly less then developed world on average. The ones that do it most likely fall in that category.

In some peoples pocket!! I suppose.

Btw, isn't this 'kidney business' in India a years old news? Even I heard ( years ago I think I read in BD newspaper ) it happened in Bangladesh few occasions ... that is doctors buying kidney from poor paying very little ... or without proper agreement. Seems good since no such news pops up here in BD recently.

When I was a young kid in Bangladesh, I use to hear that kids are being kidnapped so that their kidney, eyes, and other organs can be taken from them.

Read the news in todays Toronto Metro as well.

The ring leader lives in Brampton, a city next to mine. His name's Kumar something.

Horrible to say the least. I've heard that things like this happen in Bangladesh as well. But 400 to 500 people being fooled into this? That's just insane.

third world countries are all the same...i'm sure this happens in BD too - actually it does.

i know in china they take stuff from prisoners without their consent. hey if the liberal, first world countries could enslave and steal all for money as recently as when my nana was younger, and now that colonialism is evil we "liberate" people by sending them 6 feet under, who are we third world people just makin a buck from someone's kidney.

you only need one of 'em anyways.
