Maybe they can hold matches testing every player before entering the field with temp checks and keep them quaranteened in hotel duration of the tour and couple of weeks afterword. worldwide Covid isn't going away anytime soon. Going by what I experienced in NYC, will take few months to get the curve flattened and then down... it's going from location to location.
