No not quite, needs improvement in tech which I do also think he is close in. Great pops nonetheless.
Tech should pop again before batting does to accomplished, so keep batting-tech training. Some fielding next season would be great too. I've got him down to make the squad after the 3rd tour this season.
For those interested, I did some analysis regarding my youth training today and throughout this season:
A 19yo with prodigy will train faster than any 16yo with no prodigy or Gifted talent.
Prodigy increases ~20% (46 ratings points at 16 - batting training, 40 at 19 - technique training) and there is ~3.5% (8 ) drop in training from 16 to 17, ~3.5% (8 ) from 17 to 18, ~8% (18) from 18 to 19 and ~14.3% (34) from 16 to 19 (from technique training).
