Top 7 should be this. You don't need to go down to 8. Number 8 likely won't get ball to face, as its a 20 ov format.

If say Tamim goes out, Naim can steady the ship and carry on end with liton going hard, then you have Sarkar at 4 who can go hard if Liton goes out, with Naim still holding one end with a say 115SR (at least), then you have Afif and Dullah to come hit big hits. You got to have a right balance. Opener has to hw aggressive after few deliveries of the innings, see how the pitch behaves then attack and try to go after the opposite side instead of making them feel at ease and letting them bowl their lines easily without any pressure on them.

By 13th (at the least) get 100 on the board, this wicket seems decent 160 is the minimum. Getting 100 before 13 gives you chance to get 160 or beyond if accelerated well at the end overs.
I agree with this lineup. Liton Das is a big no no outside powerplays in T20s. He clearly sucks against Spin, which is a shame. I don't think Mahedi Hasan will last very long at the International level.
