If you focus more on this 20 over format you will get what you don't want. Inconsistant players who know very little of basic innings building.

in that case, do u think it will be wise to make a specialized 20/20 team, who will only focus on this format. i think its time to make a whole new 20/20 team and not interrupting our test and ODI squad. if thats the case, my team will be
a 20/20 team (outside of national team ODI and test)

i exclude : aftab ahmed, shahriar nafis, nafis iqbal, shohrawardi shuvo--- because of their higher probability of getting into national team (test or ODI very soon, of course will depend on their form)
i think if we nurture this team for a long time. we will be able to get a good 20/20 team in near future without disrupting national player's mindset.
