1) Use the allrounders properly. Naeem Islam, with bat, and Mahmudullah Riyad, with ball, have a lot more to offer than they are at present. 2) Convert your starts. The Bangladeshi batsmen, especially Kayes and Tamim, have begun to convert their starts, but players like Siddique and Raqibul Hasan often score a promising 20-30 only to get out at crucial junctures.
