Shadman and mosaddek should probably get more chances.

Current u19 players imo need more time in domestic cricket and High performance, A team cricket, u23 emerging etc type stuff.

Honestly there are no quick solutions, the system isn’t working and until the system is fixed nothing will work and once the system works it will take at least 1-2 generations of cricketers (a generation being 5-7 year gaps) before the rewards are reaped.

It’s not just one part of BD cricket that is broken, there are parts in every sector that need sorting from players to selectors to BCB, to infrastructure.

If everyone was professional and did their job to the best of their ability that’d be a start. Just generally the work ethic and accountability for ones own performance seems to be lacking.

I mean the players for example, how can you be happy with yourself performing so poorly day in, day out? It’s not just them, that’s just one example.

BCB need to organise more FC cricket, flat out, it’s not a difficult thing to realise that Bangladeshi cricketers don’t play enough of it so for goodness sake just organise some more tournaments or make the NCL/BCL tournaments longer (obviously need better coaching and pitches to).

2020 goal should be fixing the attitudes.
