Rafique wasn't even played against Zim in ODI because of injury, why would they force him to play in NL?
It could be more like, rafique felt obligated to play, despite his injuries, because he would be subjected to loosing match fees; which by the way applies to everyone.
Why would he be payed match fee if he doesn't play?
